Chocolate Banana Smoothie

A rich, creamy smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. The combination of banana and cocoa powder adds a natural sweetness with minimal added sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 ripe banana
  • - 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • - 1 tbsp peanut butter optional
  • - 1 tsp honey or sweetener optional
  • - 1 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the banana.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
