Chocolate Banana Smoothie
A rich, creamy smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up. The combination of banana and cocoa powder adds a natural sweetness with minimal added sugar.
Ingredients
- - 1 ripe banana
- - 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- - 1 tbsp peanut butter optional
- - 1 tsp honey or sweetener optional
- - 1 cup ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
