Blueberry Muffins
Moist and fluffy muffins bursting with fresh blueberries. Perfect for breakfast or as a sweet afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- - 1/2 cup sugar
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - 1 egg
- - 1 cup milk
- - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper cups.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg with milk and oil.
- Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
