Blueberry Muffin

Blueberry Muffins

Moist and fluffy muffins bursting with fresh blueberries. Perfect for breakfast or as a sweet afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1/2 cup sugar
  • - 2 tsp baking powder
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1 egg
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • - 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper cups.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat egg with milk and oil.
  • Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
